How the logistics work.

Blanks ship to the venue or our receiving partner ahead of the crew, so nothing rides on a single truck's timing. The crew arrives the night before doors, walks the space, and stages equipment inside the venue's dock window. Multi-day shows get nightly counts and restock plans, same as our California convention work.

Exhibit booths lean on DTF shirt and tote lines to pull badge traffic; conference gifting suites book embroidery and engraving for a quieter, premium feel; casino corporate events love hat bars — fast, photogenic, and easy to place near a reception bar. Flat $900 travel covers the crew; blank freight is quoted at cost based on the order. Big-show weeks (CES, SEMA, and the spring conference run) lock hotel and dock capacity months out — if your event lands near one, start the quote early and we'll flag any calendar collisions.
